Hi, my name is Lebo. I moved to New Zealand in 2012 to pursue my passion for physiotherapy at the University of Otago. For over 10 years, I have been helping people recover, rebuild, and get back to the activities they love, whether that is sport, work, or everyday life.
I have a special interest in sporting and musculoskeletal conditions, including pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. I use evidence-based, personalised treatment plans and see recovery as a journey supported by guidance, motivation, and genuine care, encouraging you to take an active role in your rehab.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy keeping active at the gym, spending time with friends, and relaxing while watching my favourite sports. View details »
Kia Ora I’m Terence or Terry and I have been with the team at Performance Plus Physio for 2 years. I completed my Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) in 2020. Since then I have worked in Waikato hospital and other private physiotherapy clinics.
In my time as a physiotherapist I have been under the tutalge of various experienced physios that have passed on their knowledge to me. I have goals of returning to university to complete postgraduate studies to increase my knowledge further.
In my spare time I’m usually in the gym, playing rugby league, playing music, playing social touch or spending time with whanau. View details »
