Ms Aimee Hutchinson

Physiotherapist;

Ko rererangi toku waka Ko Te Piha toku puke Ko Te Waonui-a-Tiriti toku ngahere Ko Te Tai-o-Rehua toku moana Ko Te Kawerau-a-Maki toku iwi Ko Te Henga toku marae Ko Aimee toku ingoa I graduated from AUT in 2018, where I went on to gain three years experience at Waikato DHB as a rotational physiotherapist. I worked in several different fields including intensive care, surgical wards, medical wards, orthopedics, older persons rehabilitation, burns, outpatients (mix of MSK and WH) and community. Over the past two years, I have developed an immense passion for pelvic health while honing my skills. I have gained training to qualify me as a men's and women's pelvic health physiotherapist and been credentialed by Dr Melissa Davidson (specialist). I am very excited to be putting these skills into practice, while further developing my knowledge and contribution to the development of a new service here in clinic. I am very humbled and thrilled to be bringing this 'taboo' area into the community to spread awareness and provide education on several treatable pelvic health conditions. including urinary and faecal incontinence, pre and post prostatectomy procedures, obstetric patients, prolapse, pelvic floor dysfunction, vulvodynia/ vaginismus, tears sustained during childbirth, painful sex, chronic pelvic pain, DRAM and postnatal clients. If any of the above apply to you, or you have something you would like to discuss, book to come and see me in clinic! I look forward to meeting you all soon. Kia pai to ra! View details »
