My name is Georgia and I joined the team at Lifestyle Physiotherapy in 2021 after graduating from AUT. Prior to earning my degree in Physiotherapy, I graduated with a degree in Exercise Science whilst being on a basketball scholarship in America.
I was lucky enough to experience the benefits of physiotherapy from a young age, and I hope to pass my knowledge on to help others like I once was helped. I combine exercise-based rehabilitation with manual therapy in order to get the best possible results for my patients.

Hi I’m Sian. I started working at Lifestyle Physiotherapy in 2020. After graduating from AUT in 2017, I have been based in Hamilton working closely with a number of athletes and sporting codes including rugby union, sevens, touch, rowing and gymnastics.
I am passionate about musculoskeletal physiotherapy and am particularly interested in sports-related injuries and rehabilitation through a mixture of exercise prescription and manual therapy, including dry needling. I have a keen interest in adolescent and youth injuries and enjoy working with young athletes to reach their potential.

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I’ve been with Lifestyle Physiotherapy since 2018. After graduating from Otago University in 2013 I spent the first 5 years of my career working at a practice in Cambridge. I have been involved with several sporting teams, including representative men’s rugby, womens sevens and regional football. I have experience treating a wide variety of clients and injuries and I use a very hands on approach to treatment. This includes manual therapy and dry needling, but I am also passionate about exercise prescription and gym rehabiliation. View details »
