Since graduating from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Kieran and has been working in private practice and sports physiotherapy. He has also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy as well as a qualification in dry needling. His approach to help patients regain function is a mixture of hands on treatment, teaching you tools for self management and exercise based rehabilitation, tailored to get you back to your best. Kieran endeavers to help patients get moving again- whether that be sports, work or family commitments. Michelle Has worked in the private sector in NZ and London for over 30 years as a Physiotherapist and for the last 20 years as a Rehabilitative Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping people to achieve optimal body function, movement and postures. She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being taught awareness of the way they position themselves and move throughout the day and thus making their everyday activities their ‘gym program’.
