Michelle Has worked in the private sector in NZ and London for over 30 years as a Physiotherapist and for the last 20 years as a Rehabilitative Pilates instructor. She has a passion for helping people to achieve optimal body function, movement and postures. She feels it is vital for people to take responsibility for their own bodies by being taught awareness of the way they position themselves and move throughout the day and thus making their everyday activities their ‘gym program’. Renee is a passionate physiotherapist who has recently returned home to Northland after working in Auckland since her graduation. Renee works collaboratively with patients to reduce pain, restore function and build long term resiliency through the power of education and exercise. She believes heavily in the strength and adaptability of the human body and is passionate about empowering her patients, building their confidence and helping them achieve their goals Renee prioritises staying up to date with the latest evidence for various musculoskeletal conditions in order to achieve the highest level of care for patients.
