Teea recently finished her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland and prior to that has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science from AUT. With a solid foundation in sports science and this is where her passions lie. Teea has been involved in a number of sports teams within the physiotherapy sector and finds herself most weekends on some kind of sideline. With the combination of evidence-based treatments and patient-centered approach, Teea strives that each treatment plan is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. Teea is originally from a high-country farm in Central Otago and has a love for the outdoors. When not working, you can find her enjoying hockey, running, camping, or exploring the beautiful beaches northland. Bridget is a highly experienced general and sports physiotherapist with a passion for restoring and enhancing health and wellness for people from all walks of life. Over the past 32 years, she has built a dynamic career spanning physiotherapy, health research, and education. Alongside her 25+ years of clinical experience, Bridget is also an accomplished researcher and published author. She completed leading-edge research on head and neck control in whiplash patients for her Master of Health Science degree in 2003 — an area that remains one of her special interests and clinical strengths. Bridget has a particular expertise in treating whiplash injuries, as well as head and neck pain and dysfunction. Her career has also included five years with Les Mills International, where she held senior roles in Education and Research Management, applying research insights to the health, fitness, and corporate sectors. Since returning to full-time physiotherapy in 2011, Bridget has been based in Mangawhai, where she enjoys helping her clients achieve lasting recovery and better quality of life through tailored, evidence-based care. Cam is a proud local, born and raised just down the road in Wellsford. After attending Wellsford Primary School and Rodney College, he went on to study at AUT University in Auckland, graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2011. He furthered his professional development by completing his Certificate in Acupuncture in 2014 and becoming a Certified Mulligan Practitioner in 2019. Since graduating, Cam has worked throughout the Kaipara region and has been a valued member of the Mangawhai Physiotherapy team since 2017. Passionate about his community, Cam has long been involved in local sport, spending his high school summers playing cricket and volunteering with the Mangawhai Heads Surf Life Saving Club. He has been the Physiotherapist for the Wellsford Rugby Club since 2012 — balancing both playing and physio roles — and was part of the team that won the Premiership in 2015. He also served as Assistant Physiotherapist for the Northland Taniwha from 2018 to 2019. Outside of work, Cam enjoys fishing and diving around the rugby season and making the most of family time in Mangawhai’s great outdoors.
