Aimee is a local West Harbour resident. She graduated from AUT University in 2008 and joined Massey Physiotherapy in 2023 as a physiotherapist. She has primarily worked with musculoskeletal clients in a private practice setting, is a certified McKenzie Therapist and is trained in clinical Pilates. She is passionate about the spine, posture and post-natal rehabilitation, and believes strongly in empowering clients with advice and exercise to promote independence and prevent future injury. Aimee has been involved in a wide range of sports, including swimming at national level, water polo, netball, and more recently kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is familiar with sporting injuries as a result. Caleb has worked in the United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand gaining physio experience in the hospital, orthopaedic and vocational rehabilitation settings. His love for sport saw him work alongside the Scottish Institute of Sport, Scottish Senior Women’s Rugby team and other sports teams as the main physiotherapist for a number of years. Since coming to NZ in 2019, his passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports has grown. His years training as a professional Olympic weightlifting athlete and CrossFitter has seen him deal with shoulders, knees, hips and back injuries. He has a keen interest in pre and post rehabilitation supplemented with a mix of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation. Caleb's wealth of knowledge and gentle manner will ensure that each client gains an accurate diagnosis, identifies the right rehabilitation plan, leads them back to pre-injury health and most importantly becomes pain free.
