Naomi has gained Physiotherapy experience in the hospital working with acute cardiorespiratory patients, older people in long-term rehabilitation, acute stroke and rehab, and private practice musculoskeletal settings. Naomi has a practical, hands-on approach with manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education to achieve long-term results. With her warm manner and drive for accurate assessment and treatment, clients are guaranteed a positive physiotherapy experience with Naomi. She is passionate about finding the root cause of pain and getting clients back to full health as soon as possible. Assisting patients through their rehab journey and empowering them to smash their goals is why Naomi loves being a physiotherapist. Leo is a dedicated physiotherapist originally from Hong Kong who has called New Zealand home for the past nine years. He has experiences across hospital, outpatients, and rehabilitation settings. He has developed a strong clinical interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, working with individuals of all activity levels - from members of the community to recreational and competitive athletes. Leo takes an evidence-based, structured approach to assessment and treatment, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the underlying cause of injury to support long-term recovery and reduce recurrence. He delivers tailored rehabilitation programmes that integrate hands-on therapy, progressive strengthening, and practical education, helping clients restore movement, rebuild confidence, and return safely to the activities that matter most to them.
