Naomi has a practical, hands-on approach with manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education to achieve long-term results.

She is passionate about finding the root cause of pain and getting clients back to full health as soon as possible. Assisting patients through their rehab journey and empowering them to smash their goals is why Naomi loves being a physiotherapist.
Outside of the clinic, Naomi enjoys going to the gym and doing group fitness classes. She loves the beach and going on hikes with her partner and friends.

Aimee is a local West Harbour resident. She graduated from AUT University in 2008 and joined Massey Physiotherapy in 2023 as a physiotherapist.
She has primarily worked with musculoskeletal clients in a private practice setting, is a certified McKenzie Therapist and is trained in clinical Pilates. She is passionate about the spine, posture and post-natal rehabilitation, and believes strongly in empowering clients with advice and exercise to promote independence and prevent future injury.
Aimee has been involved in a wide range of sports, including swimming at national level, water polo, netball, and more recently kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is familiar with sporting injuries as a result.

Leo is a dedicated physiotherapist originally from Hong Kong who has called New Zealand home for the past nine years. He has experiences across hospital, outpatients, and rehabilitation settings. He has developed a strong clinical interest in sports injuries and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, working with individuals of all activity levels - from members of the community to recreational and competitive athletes.
Leo takes an evidence-based, structured approach to assessment and treatment, focusing not only on relieving symptoms but also on addressing the underlying cause of injury to support long-term recovery and reduce recurrence. He delivers tailored rehabilitation programmes that integrate hands-on therapy, progressive strengthening, and practical education, helping clients restore movement, rebuild confidence, and return safely to the activities that matter most to them.
