Aimee is a local West Harbour resident. She graduated from AUT University in 2008 and joined Massey Physiotherapy in 2023 as a physiotherapist. She has primarily worked with musculoskeletal clients in a private practice setting, is a certified McKenzie Therapist and is trained in clinical Pilates. She is passionate about the spine, posture and post-natal rehabilitation, and believes strongly in empowering clients with advice and exercise to promote independence and prevent future injury. Aimee has been involved in a wide range of sports, including swimming at national level, water polo, netball, and more recently kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and is familiar with sporting injuries as a result. Having navigated her own injuries, Rebekah understands the frustrations of recovery and the importance of supportive care, a perspective that fuels her dedication to her clients. Outside the clinic, Rebekah stays active through running, gym workouts, and competitive Ultimate Frisbee.
