Caleb has worked in the United Kingdom (UK) and New Zealand gaining physio experience in the hospital, orthopaedic and vocational rehabilitation settings. His love for sport saw him work alongside the Scottish Institute of Sport, Scottish Senior Women’s Rugby team and other sports teams as the main physiotherapist for a number of years.
Since coming to NZ in 2019, his passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports has grown. His years training as a professional Olympic weightlifting athlete and CrossFitter has seen him deal with shoulders, knees, hips and back injuries. He has a keen interest in pre and post rehabilitation supplemented with a mix of manual therapy techniques and exercise rehabilitation.
Caleb's wealth of knowledge and gentle manner will ensure that each client gains an accurate diagnosis, identifies the right rehabilitation plan, leads them back to pre-injury health and most importantly becomes pain free. Originally from Christchurch, Chris moved to Auckland in 2021. With a decade of experience as a personal trainer prior to becoming a physiotherapist, he brings a strong foundation in movement and strength training to his practice.
Chris has gained experience in hospital rehabilitation wards for older adults, community care, and private practice musculoskeletal settings. He has a particular passion for treating CrossFit and sporting injuries, using an evidence-based approach to help clients recover, prevent re-injury, and achieve their performance goals. Known for his approachable and easy-going personality, Chris builds strong connections with clients, creating a supportive environment for their health journey.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys coffee, CrossFit, exploring Auckland’s beaches, hiking trails, and mountain biking.
