Chelsea graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy, and is also qualified in Dry Needling. She has a keen interest in sporting injuries and has worked alongside representative level teams for both North Harbour Hockey and Harbour Rugby. She is passionate about exercise-based rehabilitation, and loves helping others achieve their personal goals and return to pre-injury function. Chelsea is also a qualified Pilates instructor and integrates Pilates based rehab into her physiotherapy treatment where applicable. In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys keeping fit in the gym, going on hikes, or group fitness classes.
