Kyndra is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2017. Since then, she has primarily worked in musculoskeletal private practice, alongside experience in aged care, supporting a wide range of patients across different stages of life.
She took a break from physiotherapy to welcome and raise her two young boys—an experience that deepened her appreciation for the demands of everyday life, movement, and the importance of functional wellbeing.
Kyndra has a genuine passion for how the body moves and functions, and enjoys helping people better understand their bodies.
