Alice is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist at our Trentham clinic. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Otago in 2024, gaining experience across a wide range of clinical areas.
Originally from the Hutt Valley, Alice has returned home and is passionate about giving back to her local community. She takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to treatment and values building strong connections with her patients, supporting them to regain function and return to the activities that are important to them.

Anamika is a clinic director and a senior physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience as a physiotherapist. She was born in India and has Nepalese roots. After meeting her husband, Nick, she immigrated to New Zealand. They love Upper Hutt because it reminds them of the hills and mountains in Nepal. She has two lovely boys who are growing up to be Kiwis.
Mika (as she is fondly called) has an effervescent, bubbly personality and is constantly heard laughing with her clients. She completed her bachelor of physiotherapy in India and then completed her postgraduate diploma in health science in New Zealand from Auckland University of Technology. She further completed her PG training in East Asian acupuncture through the Australasian Toyohari Association. She is also trained in dry needling, Pilates, Trigenics, VALD assessment, and concussion assessment and management. Her approach to the treatment is not just treating the symptoms but treating the cause.
Mika enjoys treating various shoulder conditions and continues to attend several courses to continue improving her clinical skills in managing them. She is a qualified pelvic health physiotherapist and performs internal examinations focusing on women's and men's health.
