Anamika is a Director and a senior physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience as a physiotherapist. She was born in India and has Nepalese roots. Mika (as she has fondly called) has an effervescent, bubbly personality and is constantly heard laughing with her clients. She completed her Bachelor of physiotherapy in India and then completed her Graduate Diploma in Health Science in New Zealand from Auckland University of Technology. She further successfully completed her PG training in East Asian Acupuncture through the Australasian Toyohari Association. She is trained in dry needling, Pilates, and Trigenics. Her approach to the treatment is just not treating the symptoms but treating the cause.
Mika enjoys treating various shoulder conditions and continues to attend several courses to continue improving her clinical skills in managing them. She is a qualified Pelvic health physiotherapist and performs internal examinations focusing on women's and men's health.
In her free time, Mika likes to sip coffee while reading a book, spend time with her boys, and cook up a storm. View details »
