Annah holds her Masters of Physiotherapy Practice from the University of Auckland, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition. She’s passionate about integrating her knowledge of nutrition and physical activity to deliver holistic care for a diverse range of patients. With personal experience in various sporting disciplines like Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, athletics and hockey, Annah understands the physical demands placed on the body across different athletic pursuits. With a keen interest in sporting and musculoskeletal injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, the female athlete, REDS, as well as catering to the weekend warriors, she is committed to optimising her patient’s recovery journeys.
In her final year research, Annah focused on knee health, including osteoarthritis and ACL rehabilitation, highlighting her broader interest in addressing musculoskeletal conditions. Beyond athletic performance, she is committed to enhancing the quality of life for all her patients, tailoring care and rehabilitation strategies to their individual needs.

Cassie graduated from Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. She loves working with people from all walks of life, with a passion for sports injuries and rehabilitation. She has experience in sideline medicing for rugby teams, and in her spare time she enjoys hitting the gym, hiking and running. Cassie believes in working together with her clients to reach their goals and encouraging confidence to get back to the activities you enjoy. Growing up competing in multiple sports including dance, swimming, and athletics, Cassie has faced many injuries and understands the importance of injury prevention and looking after our bodies to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Ben has 8 years of experience in private practice clinics helping a variety of people with different presentations and is experienced in treating all areas of the body.
