Martin has been practicing general osteopathy for over 15 years and is confident and experienced in treating a wide range of people and presentations, including teenagers, pregnant and postpartum clients, and individuals with complex or persistent pain. His key area of interest is pain management, and he has completed post-graduate study in this field at Otago University.

Justin is an experienced osteopath with a passion for hands-on therapeutic techniques. He has 25 years of experience in bodywork, combining different styles of acupressure massage with joint manipulation (Chinese Tui Na), Japanese Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, myofascial release and sports massage. He has qualifications in Anthropology, Acupuncture, Acupressure Massage, Herbal Medicine, and a Masters in Osteopathy. Tessa enjoys all aspects of family practice, from babies through to older age. She offers dedicated Mum & Baby appointments, and has special interests in digestive health, young child development, neurodivergence, and hypermobility (EDS).
Tessa uses a mixture of treatment styles including structural, visceral, and cranial techniques, and draws on her additional qualifications as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Pilates Instructor to offer holistic, tailored treatments that align with each client’s unique lifestyle.
