Tessa is passionate about holistic health, tailoring treatments and advice to align with each client's unique lifestyle. After earning her Master of Osteopathy in 2015, Tessa embarked on a continuous learning journey, furthering her expertise in paediatric osteopathy, neurodivergence, pregnancy and postpartum wellbeing, and hypermobility (EDS). This on-going education enhances her ability to support clients from these groups, offering understanding of the complexity of symptoms they may face.
In her practice, Tessa uses a mixture of structural, visceral, and cranial osteopathy. This is complemented by her qualifications as a Certified Nutrition Coach and Pilates Instructor, allowing her to provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance.
