Kara has over 30 years of extensive clinical experience in the UK, Australia,
New Zealand and France including working with the British Military and owning and managing her own physiotherapy clinic in Wellington. She specialises in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and has interests in spinal problems, shoulders, hips and knees.
