I am a registered member of the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy UK.
Hailing from the West of Ireland I did my BSc Physiotherapy degree in the Netherlands and completed my student placements in Ireland, Berlin and Northern England. Once qualified, I worked for the NHS in London, both in hospital and community settings.
I have a holistic approach to treatment and care and I am committed to healing through movement, promoting the concept of move well, move often. I have gained a wide range of skills in neurological and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. My most recent position was in Community Neurological Rehabilitation in West London. I use a combination of hands-on treatment and an evidence-based exercise programme and I am committed to the Bio-Psycho-Social Model of care.
