James was a client of Physio Mechanics for several years before joining the physio team after graduating from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) degree. Prior to this, James was also a qualified Personal Trainer with over 4 years of experience. He is especially interested in all things sports and exercise, and strongly believe that exercise can greatly benefit almost everyone.
