Sarah graduated from Otago University in 2018. She started her career working in a rural hospital where she was involved in running community exercise classes for people with respiratory conditions and arthritis. Sarahs areas of interests are: - Hands on manual therapy - Dry Needling - Exercise and return to work planning - Education in empowering and assisting clients to achieve their goals She is also motivated to help prevent re-injury by addressing contributing factors like posture and biomechanics.
