Patrycja is a qualified massage therapist specialising in lymphatic drainage techniques.
Patrycja, originally is from Poland, actually qualified as a physiotherapist and worked for six years in York, England before migrating to NZ in 2018.
Driven to learn and share her knowledge with others, Patrycja loves supporting and guiding her clients through their journey to feeling good and to reach better wellbeing.
Experienced in musculoskeletal injuries, sports injuries, vocational rehabilitation, and chronic problems, she combines various therapy techniques tailored to individual needs.

Tyler is a graduate from AUT university, and now works at the Milford clinic and two of our school locations. Tyler is originally from Kerikeri, where she was involved in the netball community.Through many previous injuries, Tyler herself has gone through rehabilitation, which created her passion for working with sports related injuries with a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation and return to sports post injury.
Tyler brings a person-centered approach to rehabilitation to achieve patient goals.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys keeping herself fit and active by playing netball, attending the gym, and attending reformer pilates.

Sam is a graduate from the AUT Physiotherapy course and has recently joined the PhysioACTION team, practicing from our Milford clinic and from one of our high school clinics on the North Shore.
Sam has a keen interest in sport related physiotherapy, helping athletes of all ages to rehabilitate and reach their full potential post injury. With a passion for rugby from a young age, Sam has experienced multiple injuries through his involvement in the sport, and this has driven his ambitions to become a Physiotherapist. With a goal-orientated approach, Sam strives to facilitate his patients to a full recovery and achieve optimal results.
After relocating from Wellington for his studies, Sam has become a north shore local and has enjoyed the lifestyle through his University years. Outside of the clinic, Sam is continuing to pursue his endeavours with rugby, and enjoys strength and conditioning in the gym. He offers a holistic and person-centred approach to his practice, and ensures to aid his patients through their recovery journey
