John has over 15 years’ experience working across private practice and professional sport. He recently returned to New Zealand after three years in New York, where he was Medical Director with Rugby New York in Major League Rugby.
His career has included roles with the New Zealand Warriors, New Zealand Rugby League, and Canoe Racing NZ where he supported athletes at both the Tokyo and Paris Olympic Games. These experiences have shaped his evidence-based, high-performance approach to rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Bobby joins the PhysioACTION team with over five years of musculoskeletal experience. Bobby sparked an interest in the career after personally experiencing many shoulder injuries while losing sixty kilograms in a weight-loss journey, thus has a strong awareness and respect in the value in rehabilitation, lifestyle and exercise.
Bobby is a very hands-on therapist with a particular expertise in dry needling, having done several advanced courses. This allows Bobby to provide his patient's an alternative treatment modality to relieve client's of stubborn musculoskeletal pain and improve flexibility and function quickly and effectively.
