Sam is an experienced Physiotherapist practicing out of our Milford and high school clinics. He takes a strong interest in sport related Physiotherapy, rehabilitating athletes of all ages to return to their full potential post injury. Since graduating from AUT he has worked with multiple representative rugby league and rugby union teams managing them through regular seasons and tournaments. He is equally experienced in treating the general population, assisting each patient to achieve their own recovery goals. Having played rugby for many years, he has experienced the rehabilitation journey as a patient and a practitioner, giving him a well rounded outlook on recovery. Sam enjoys working collaboratively with patients to deliver personalised and specific rehab to meet each individual’s needs, utilising modes of treatment such as exercise prescription, manual therapy and dry needling acupuncture for optimal results. Anna is a AUT University graduate who grew up in a small town where she was involved in sports from a young age. Over time, she developed many injuries, leading her to physiotherapy which helped her return to the activities she loved. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, with a passion for helping others recover and get back to their own activities. Outside of work, Anna enjoy reformer Pilates and running, having completed her first marathon in 2024. View details »

Miss Tyler Selwyn

Tyler is a graduate from AUT university, and now works at the Milford clinic and two of our school locations. Tyler is originally from Kerikeri, where she was involved in the netball community.Through many previous injuries, Tyler herself has gone through rehabilitation, which created her passion for working with sports related injuries with a focus on exercise-based rehabilitation and return to sports post injury. Tyler brings a person-centered approach to rehabilitation to achieve patient goals.
