Asifa is an experienced physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Public Policy. She is a New Zealand Registered Physiotherapist and an ACC Endorsed Provider, bringing over 10 years of clinical experience across hospitals, universities, and private clinics in both Fiji and New Zealand.
Asifa takes a holistic, person-centred, and evidence-based approach to care, empowering clients to understand and manage their physical health through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education. She is passionate about achieving timely, meaningful outcomes by working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and tailoring treatment plans to each client’s goals.
Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, vocational rehabilitation, and early intervention for injury prevention. Fluent in English and Hindi, Asifa is committed to helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.
