Charlotte qualified from the University of Brighton, UK in 2010. She worked in the NHS briefly before returning home to Ireland in 2012, where she continued to develop her passion in managing musculoskeletal & sports injuries, working with sports teams and high performing athletes. She spent ten years working with the Football Association of Ireland, with underage international squads and the Women’s National Team, while running a successful private practice. She completed a Masters in Sports & Exercise Medicine in 2018. In 2024, she moved to New Zealand with her family and is enjoying the Kiwi way of life. Her special interests include shoulder pain, hip & groin injuries, pelvic girdle pain, and returning to fitness post-partum. She is also trained in Pilates, orthotic prescription, and dry needling.View details »
