With 26 years of experience, including 21 years in New Zealand, Sarah has worked extensively in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She spent 19 years in private practice, starting at a large multidisciplinary clinic in Christchurch where she worked closely with sports teams, before moving to Queenstown and Cromwell. Sarah also held a Clinical Lead role with ProActive for three years, mentoring and supervising colleagues. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, concussion rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and sports rehab. Sophie is from Norfolk, UK, she studied at the University of Liverpool, completing a BSc with Honours in Physiotherapy and worked for the NHS for 2 years before emigrating to New Zealand in 2023. Her rehabilitation experience includes orthopaedic, post-surgical, vocational, and return-to-sport, as well as management of jaw pain and dysfunction. Sophie is passionate about helping people regain function and quality of life after injury, combining exercise prescription, education, and self-management strategies with manual therapy, sports massage, and taping techniques.
