Sarah is a NZ Registered Physiotherapist with a B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation. With 26 years of experience, including 21 years in New Zealand, Sarah has worked extensively in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy. She spent 19 years in private practice, starting at a large multidisciplinary clinic in Christchurch where she worked closely with sports teams, before moving to Queenstown and Cromwell. Sarah also held a Clinical Lead role with ProActive for three years, mentoring and supervising colleagues. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, concussion rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, and sports rehab. Sarah’s treatment approach is goal-oriented, combining manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and client education to ensure patients understand their injuries and achieve long-term recovery.
