Myra graduated from the University of Otago in 2018 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has been with our team at Proactive since 2023. During her career Myra has gained experience in private musculo-skeletal clinics and also in public hospital based physiotherapy for the Capital and Coast District Health Board, prior to moving south and joining our physiotherapy team. Myra has an interest in treating low back pain, lower limb injuries and guiding the rehabilitation of people back to the lifestyles that they enjoy. Myra hails from the Coromandel but now enjoys life in the mountains in Central Otago. Outside of work Myra enjoys snowboarding, hiking, cold swims, gardening and spending time with friends and family. View details »

Originally from Southland, Holly graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2018. Holly has gained experience in sports physiotherapy and musculoskeletal injuries along with inpatient and post operative rehabilitation, with a particular interest in knee injuries.
