Sophie joined our Alexandra and Cromwell team with over five years of experience as a Physiotherapist, specialising in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in both the NHS UK and private practice in New Zealand. Sophie is from Norfolk, UK, she studied at the University of Liverpool, completing a BSc with Honours in Physiotherapy and worked for the NHS for 2 years before emigrating to New Zealand in 2023.
Her rehabilitation experience includes orthopaedic, post-surgical, vocational, and return-to-sport, as well as management of jaw pain and dysfunction. Sophie is passionate about helping people regain function and quality of life after injury, combining exercise prescription, education, and self-management strategies with manual therapy, sports massage, and taping techniques.
