Dane graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2012 with a BSc in Sport Science and in 2016 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Having a special interest in sports medicine and orthopaedic physiotherapy, Dane has spent most of his career working in these lines and therefore specialises in sports injuries and musculo-skeletal injuries. Dane’s approach to treatment involves a fair combination of manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, ensuring the patient is treated as a whole and not just an injury. Steve graduated from Otago Physiotherapy School in 1984 and went on to run his own private practice, "Papamoa Physiotherapy," for over 30 years. Steve joined the Proactive team in 2018, after reviewing their approach to healthcare and client wellbeing and deciding that this was something that he could align with. Steve has a specialist interest in spinal care and with post-graduate qualifications in Manipulative Therapy, Ergonomics and workplace consultancy to minimise and manage serious low back injury.
