Growing up rurally in the Wairarapa, I have always had a passion for an active and healthy lifestyle, which is what led me to my first degree, Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Sport & Exercise Nutrition at Otago University, graduating in 2019. However, I realised my true passion was in rehabilitation which drew me to studying Physiotherapy, graduating in 2023. I enjoy physiotherapy as it allows me to work with people from all backgrounds and provide an individualised holistic approach to a patients rehab journey. Victoria graduated from the University of Brighton in 2020 with a Masters (Pre-reg) in Physiotherapy. She went on to work within the NHS completing rotations and then chose to specialize in MSK care.
Victoria is a firm believer in treating the individual and adopts a holistic approach to rehabilitation alongside education, exercise and hands on techniques.
Prior to this Victoria has worked in Scotland’s Specialist Weight Management Service and Diabetes Scotland utilizing skills from her bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.
From a young age Victoria was a keen tennis player, she has been exposed to a variety of sports such as bouldering, trail running and horse riding. Her most recent goals center around improving her MTB and triathlon skills.
