I graduated in 2022 from Cardiff University with a BSc. I have worked in the NHS Wales for the past 2 years where I have rotated through a range of inpatient and outpatient settings. These include MSK, hand therapy, community, paediatrics, stroke rehab, trauma and orthopaedics, and general medicine.
I come from a farming family in the UK and have a passion for the outdoors. I have grown up horse riding and have frequently competed in eventing ever since. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, running and hiking. I take a holistic approach to my physiotherapy practice and believe in promoting a healthy, balanced lifestyle. View details »
Toby earned his Bachelors degree in Physiotherapy at Keely University in the UK, and has since been working in the NHS. He has worked through a variety of departments but Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (focused on the muscles and joints) has always been his key interest. He is from a sporting background, mainly focusing on rugby and the gym, but loves anything that gets him into nature and is looking forward to all the wonderful opportunities to do that in New Zealand. Having experienced his own injuries, he knows the pain and frustration that comes with them, so can sympathise with all his patients wanting to get back to feeling fit and healthy. View details »
Having competed internationally as a gymnast, Alexy developed a deep interest and appreciation for the human body. Pursuing a career in physiotherapy has allowed him to explore his curiosity surrounding rehabilitation and performance. His interests lie in movement and exercise-based therapy, aiming to educate and guide people through their own self-management. He is passionate about providing evidence-based practice and is committed to fostering a patient-centred environment. He sees the importance of well-being and aims to help his clients become the best version of themselves. Outside of the clinic, you might find him in the gym, playing social sports or on a run. He enjoys getting involved in all things active, with a particular interest in combat sports. View details »
