BPhty. Paul is one of the directors of Queenstown Physiotherapy. Paul graduated from the University of Otago in 2010, and went on to work as a physio at Dunedin Hospital where he gained experience in paediatrics, neurorehabilitation, and musculoskeletal rehab. Paul has a passion for diagnosing and treating the biomechanical issues underlying injuries and strives to create a program that reduces the chance of re-injury. Paul uses dry needling, myofascial release, and kinesiotaping as a part of his treatments.
Paul has a history of high intensity sports, starting with competitive running. He now spends a lot of his time rock climbing, mountaineering, cycling, running and playing golf, as well as getting into the backcountry for epic missions.View details »
