Tessa has returned back to us after travelling around the world for the past 3 years. During this travel time, she was working in an operational and management position in the company, assisting in the systems and processes at Rehab Co.
Tessa graduated from univeristy with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy in 2019 and has always had a deep love for the human body. With a background in Gymnastics, she understands passion and love for one's sport and ensuring your body can perform at its best.
Tessa completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in India, continuing to work at a Yoga school intermittently over the last few years, continuing to build on her training and qualifications, both in meditation, breathwork and all types of yoga.
Tessa blends all of her experience and knowledge into her physiotherapy practice, treating the individual as a whole and with a foundation of empathy and care. View details »
