Kirsty graduated in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University Edinburgh in 2006. Since qualifying she gained extensive Physiotherapy experience in the UK including working as a Team Lead Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for a large private healthcare company in Edinburgh. Kirsty’s elite Sports Physiotherapy experience in the UK included working at the 2012 Olympics in London, 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and working for 4 seasons within Premier 1 Division Rugby in Edinburgh.
Kirsty relocated to NZ in 2018 with her Kiwi husband and has enjoyed working at re:ab ever since.
Kirsty is an APPI Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor and has trained in Reformer Pilates with Polestar in NZ. She has almost 15 years of Pilates teaching experience in both the UK and NZ.
Since moving to NZ Kirsty has become a Mum to 2 active young boys and with this has become increasingly passionate about ante and post- natal rehabilitation and helping new mums and mums to be stay strong and healthy during pregnancy and beyond. She loves teaching ante and post-natal Pilates and sharing this knowledge and experience in class.
With all her clients Kirsty enjoys combining her Pilates and rehab experience with her “hands on” Physio skills to facilitate recovery, optimise performance and reduce the risk of re- injury.

Rachael graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has particular interest in postural patterning, spine pain, hip dysfunction and mobility focused rehab.
Over the years, Rachael’s success with clients has been having a shared holistic long-term approach. She centres her client care through understanding everyday habits alongside movement patterns which could cause pain and discomfort.
She has a very big interest in emotional and mental wellbeing as she understands it is not as simple as just doing a few exercises to solve the problem.
Rachael likes to dabble in different types of training herself (yoga, HIIT, pilates, jogging) with a personal goal of “don’t be great at one thing, be ok at everything.”

Damian Taylor, Senior Physiotherapist - NZRP, MNZSP
Damian has gained extensive experience both in New Zealand and the UK in a variety of hospitals and private practices over the last 29 years.
He has attended numerous postgraduate courses to extend his skill base and develop new treatment strategies. This includes being qualified in the world acclaimed McKenzie Method of spinal treatment and completing his certification in Advanced Sports Rehabilitation at the prestigious Curtin University in Australia. Damian completed his postgraduate diploma in health science in 2016 with an A grade average and received the Manipulative Therapy association award for “first in class” in the musculoskeletal physiotherapy examinations. He is currently studying towards his Masters in Health Practice and writing a review on the efficacy of hypnotherapy for chronic pain.
Damian established his own successful practice within Auckland in 2004 which grew to include four clinics before being sold. He joined the team at Reab in 2016 and combines this wealth of experience with the most up-to-date research to offer treatments that will produce rapid long-lasting results.
