Rachael graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has particular interest in postural patterning, spine pain, hip dysfunction and mobility focused rehab.
Over the years, Rachael’s success with clients has been having a shared holistic long-term approach. She centres her client care through understanding everyday habits alongside movement patterns which could cause pain and discomfort.
She has a very big interest in emotional and mental wellbeing as she understands it is not as simple as just doing a few exercises to solve the problem.
Rachael likes to dabble in different types of training herself (yoga, HIIT, pilates, jogging) with a personal goal of “don’t be great at one thing, be ok at everything.”
If you are experiencing pain and ready to learn about your body - she can help you uncover the root causes.
