Aimee graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2022. Since then, she has expanded her expertise through various professional development courses, including Dry Needling, the FIFA Diploma, Sports
Trauma, APPI Physio-Led Pilates, and Side Line Medic training.
She has a strong passion for Pilates and brings experience in both group mat classes and one-on-one sessions with clients.
Aimee also has several years of experience providing sideline medic support in rugby and football settings. Her clinical interests include sports rehabilitation
and post-operative recovery, and she enjoys integrating dry needling and Pilates into her treatment approach.
Outside of work, Aimee loves grabbing a coffee and going for a walk, attending Pilates classes, and spending quality time with her family. View details »
Lesley qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1976 and then worked in Hospitals, sports, and clinical practises. She had a gap from physiotherapy practise and did a year’s retraining at AUT in 2011.
Since 2011, Lesley has worked in local clinics and for ACC- funded rehab companies who help clients to recover and rehabilitate following surgeries, accidents, brain injuries and concussions.
Lesley has special skills with treating neurological disorders, dizziness, headaches and vertigo.
She is also a registered Mulligan Concept therapist, and as such is highly skilled in joint mobilizations to increase range of motion and reduction of pain.
Lesley's hobbies include exploring different walking tracks, gardening, floristry and painting and she loves looking after her grandchildren.

After several years of working out in gyms and practicing yoga, Oliver graduated from AUT in
2019. For four years, he worked at Physio Connect in Auckland. He completed his Foundational
Dry Needling Course, followed by an Advanced Upper Limb Course through PAANZ in 2020 and
2022, respectively.
Oliver has invested in many personal development courses, seminars, and several years of one-
on-one and group mindset coaching. From 2018 to 2022, he took on his own coaching clients in
addition to physiotherapy. Oliver’s holistic approach centers around the idea that a healthy
body begins with a healthy mind, and that a calm, clear mind is the first step toward achieving
any life goal.
Oliver recently returned from Southeast Asia and India, where he qualified as a Yoga Teacher
(YTT200 Vinyasa/Ashtanga) and became a teacher of the Happiness Programme for the Art of
Living Foundation. In his free time, he offers meditation and breathing courses on behalf of the
organization.
He also enjoys travel, spending time in nature, playing piano and guitar, and cooking
