Anri is a former dancer and now physiotherapist with a special interest in supporting dancers through every stage of their injury recovery journey. With a background in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, she helps dancers move with confidence both in the studio and in everyday life, while also working with a wide range of athletes and active individuals.
As a qualified Pilates instructor, Anri brings a unique blend of physiotherapy expertise and lived experience in dance. She has a deep understanding of technique, alignment, and the unique physical demands placed on dancers. Small niggles can turn into persistent injuries if they’re not understood early.
Anri aims to create personalised rehabilitation programmes that address the injury, prevent recurrence, and enhance performance through targeted strength testing and movement analysis. She works closely with dancers and active individuals to restore strength, flexibility, and stability which is essential for safe and sustainable movement. Her goal is to help every client return to doing what they love, feeling stronger, more confident, and well-supported.
Outside of the clinic Anri enjoys going on beach walks with her husband and dachshund, spending time with family and friends and staying active by participating in Pilates.View details »
