Kyla has over 16 years experience, specializing in personal training, power yoga and group classes. I loves inspiring and working with clients towards their goals. Clients start training with me with body aches and pains especially in their hips, back and knees and with in a few weeks they notice how much stronger and mobile they are and can achieve daily activities more easily.
Kyla's also run yoga classes on friday lunchtime. Her classes focus on stretching & stress relief. The short but challenging classes are great rehabilitation for injuries. Full body strengthening with a spotlight on core work, great for relaxing.
