Loren has always worked in sports podiatry and recently returned to New Zealand after spending time working in the United Kingdom. She is passionate about helping people stay active and supporting them through every stage of their recovery and performance journey, from injury prevention through to returning confidently to the activities they love.
Loren enjoys working with a wide range of individuals, from recreationally active people to competitive athletes, with particular interests in treating runners and dancers, supported by her own background in classical ballet. She also has a strong interest in running footwear and the role it plays in enhancing comfort, supporting rehabilitation and optimising performance, and has previously contributed clinical footwear reviews for ASICS.
Having completed her training through Auckland University of Technology (AUT), Loren combines evidence-based care with a personalised approach to treatment. Her experience in sports podiatry has provided her with a strong understanding of lower limb biomechanics, rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Loren believes the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration and enjoys working closely with patients to develop realistic treatment plans that align with their individual goals, whether that means returning to sport, preparing for an event or simply remaining active and pain-free in everyday life.
Outside the clinic, Loren enjoys hiking, ballet, running, travelling and exploring New Zealand’s outdoors.
