Asil graduated in 2009 from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy. She has specialised in musculoskeletal physio and has worked with various sports teams including rugby union and league, NZ tag and football. Asil has completed a dry needling course, and also has experience in aged care physio as well as working as a clinical educator in Australia.
Asil loves spending her down time with her young family, friends, mentoring young women, working with at risk youth and young adults in her community and church.
