Hilary has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy form Otago University, and also holds qualifications in Acupuncture and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy. She has over 15 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist and has worked in Australia and the United Kingdom, as well as New Zealand. In the United Kingdom Hilary worked with elite athletes, both Paralympic and able bodied and in 2018 and 2019 had the honor of working with the Silver Ferns whilst they were in the UK. Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health are Hilary’s passions and she has a range of experience with pre and post op rehabilitation, persistent pain, sporting injuries and pelvic floor dysfunction.
