Maika graduated with Bachelor of Physiotherapy and diploma in sports science in 2020. He has worked across the country like Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin and Taranaki whilst reaching out to the pacifica people who are in New Zealand, particularly working in meat factories. Maika enjoys treating a variety of injuries and uses exercise therapy, manual therapy and massage therapy in his treatments. Maika joined the TBI Health New Plymouth in 2025 as a physiotherapist.
