Aaron is a New Zealand Registered Hand Therapist and Physiotherapist. He has been working in hand therapy since 2015, completing his Post Graduate Certificate in Health Science and gaining the status of Registered Hand Therapist in 2017.
Prior to his hand therapy training he worked in a musculoskeletal practice managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
He has experience working in several hand therapy clinics across Auckland, treating a wide range of hand injuries and conditions, from simple sprains and strains to complex post-surgical and traumatic injuries.
Outside of work he enjoys playing hockey, working on home renovations, playing guitar, and spending time with his young family.

Nikhil recently graduated from Auckland University of Technology (AUT) with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) First Class Honours. He is passionate about helping people return to their everyday activities through a combination of exercise prescription and manual therapy, believing that this integrated approach leads to the best outcomes. In addition to his physiotherapy qualifications, Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science, which has deepened his understanding of the human body and enhances his clinical decision-making and treatment strategies. Outside of work, Nikhil enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and travelling. He is also an avid enthusiast of exercise, always seeking new ways to stay active and healthy. Grace graduated from AUT and has worked as a Musculoskeletal and Neuro-physiotherapist. She has developed a passion for helping people with chronic pain conditions and concussion rehabilitation. Grace is a qualified Western Acupuncturist and believes acupuncture and dry needling are great adjuncts to exercise therapy. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor. Grace is currently working on her final paper for her Master of Health Practice qualification.
Grace is a lover of dogs (Labradors in particular), the beach, and Irish music. When not at work you might find her practicing the Ukulele, working out at the gym with her sisters, or crafting.
