Intonia is a senior physiotherapist with doctoral degree and more than 20 years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively across in-patient and out-patient sectors in Hong Kong for injury management, rehabilitation and prevention. She has a keen interest in managing a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions covering people of all ages. She is passionate about incorporating a range of different hands-on techniques and individualized exercise-based approaches that best suit the need of her clients and assist them to achieve their goals and regain independence.
In her spare time, Intonia enjoys playing badminton, reading, and spending time with her family. She speaks English and Cantonese, and here to serve the Auckland community.

Grace graduated from AUT and has worked as a Musculoskeletal and Neuro-physiotherapist. She has developed a passion for helping people with chronic pain conditions and concussion rehabilitation. Grace is a qualified Western Acupuncturist and believes acupuncture and dry needling are great adjuncts to exercise therapy. She is also a qualified Pilates instructor. Grace is currently working on her final paper for her Master of Health Practice qualification.
Grace is a lover of dogs (Labradors in particular), the beach, and Irish music. When not at work you might find her practicing the Ukulele, working out at the gym with her sisters, or crafting.
