Maria is an ACC registered and New Zealand qualified physiotherapist. Her background in competitive sports and her own experience with injuries ignited a passion for physiology and biomechanics. Maria graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Exercise Sciences (2021), followed by a Masters in Physiotherapy Practice (2023), where she graduated with first class honours. She is passionate about treating a variety of musculoskeletal injuries across all age groups using evidence-based techniques with a goal of treating the source of the injury. She has also been involved in research, investigating the emerging evidence around high intensity rehabilitation in the subacute stroke population as part of her Masters. Maria is also multilingual and can speak Serbo-Croatian.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys keeping active by hiking, running, cycling, weightlifting, and swimming. She also enjoys competing in ocean swim/triathlon events and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Aaron is a New Zealand Registered Hand Therapist and Physiotherapist. He has been working in hand therapy since 2015, completing his Post Graduate Certificate in Health Science and gaining the status of Registered Hand Therapist in 2017.
Prior to his hand therapy training he worked in a musculoskeletal practice managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
He has experience working in several hand therapy clinics across Auckland, treating a wide range of hand injuries and conditions, from simple sprains and strains to complex post-surgical and traumatic injuries.
Outside of work he enjoys playing hockey, working on home renovations, playing guitar, and spending time with his young family.

Mrudula is an ACC registered and NZRP quafilied physiotherapist. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Health Science (Physiotherapy) degree. Following the completion of her studies, Mrudula developed a keen interest in the assessment & treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions pertaining to all age groups. She dedicated a number of years in private practice refining such skills with an outcome focused aim of restoring optimal biomechanics and function. Her areas of special interests include sports-related, work-based, pre-operative or post operative orthopaedic rehabilitation.
In her work she is most passionate about treating the root cause of symptoms rather than providing symptomatic relief alone. Mrudula enjoys incorporating various techniques such as patient education, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation with mobility, strength and conditioning training. She is a Certified Personal trainer and a qualified Pre-employment workplace assessment Drug and Alcohol collector.
Outside of work Mrudula enjoys the outdoors hiking/coastal walks, going to gym or playing social sports (football, hockey). Most of the time is otherwise spent with family and friends. View details »
