Passionate about helping people regain movement and improve their quality of life, Lance has developed expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological and post-surgical rehabilitation. He has been working in hand therapy since 2015, completing his Post Graduate Certificate in Health Science and gaining the status of Registered Hand Therapist in 2017. Prior to his hand therapy training he worked in a musculoskeletal practice managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He has experience working in several hand therapy clinics across Auckland, treating a wide range of hand injuries and conditions, from simple sprains and strains to complex post-surgical and traumatic injuries. Mrudula is an ACC registered and NZRP quafilied physiotherapist. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Health Science (Physiotherapy) degree. Following the completion of her studies, Mrudula developed a keen interest in the assessment & treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions pertaining to all age groups. She dedicated a number of years in private practice refining such skills with an outcome focused aim of restoring optimal biomechanics and function. Her areas of special interests include sports-related, work-based, pre-operative or post operative orthopaedic rehabilitation. In her work she is most passionate about treating the root cause of symptoms rather than providing symptomatic relief alone. Mrudula enjoys incorporating various techniques such as patient education, manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation with mobility, strength and conditioning training. She is a Certified Personal trainer and a qualified Pre-employment workplace assessment Drug and Alcohol collector. Outside of work Mrudula enjoys the outdoors hiking/coastal walks, going to gym or playing social sports (football, hockey). Most of the time is otherwise spent with family and friends.
