He has been working in hand therapy since 2015, completing his Post Graduate Certificate in Health Science and gaining the status of Registered Hand Therapist in 2017. Prior to his hand therapy training he worked in a musculoskeletal practice managing a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. He has experience working in several hand therapy clinics across Auckland, treating a wide range of hand injuries and conditions, from simple sprains and strains to complex post-surgical and traumatic injuries. Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, in 2019. During his physiotherapy career he has worked in both private practice and the acute hospital sector. He has gained experience in respiratory, orthopaedic, care of elderly and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. His primary interests lie in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, where he has built the bulk of his experience. Daniel has been working in Auckland since January 2023. Since moving to New Zealand, he has continued to build his physiotherapy experience. He has worked as the team physiotherapist for Bay Olympic men’s premier football team.
