Shofeen Begum is a New Zealand–registered physiotherapist with broad experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and sports rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor with Honors and a postgraduate diploma in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Public Health in Lifestyle-related Disease Prevention from the Fiji National University.
Shofeen has worked across hospital, outpatient, and community settings, providing evidence-based treatment with a strong focus on functional rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, gait retraining, and injury management. She is passionate about helping clients return to meaningful activity and improving long-term wellbeing. Teagan graduated from AUT with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy). Teagan takes a holistic approach to her practice; she believes it is vital to consider all aspects of hauora (well-being). She likes to collaborate with her clients to figure out what is important for them, and in doing so provides them with the appropriate tools to be able to self-manage their own rehabilitation. During her studies Teagan developed an avid interest in cardiorespiratory conditions and musculoskeletal injuries but is passionate in working with individuals with a variety of conditions.
