Shofeen Begum is a New Zealand–registered physiotherapist with broad experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and sports rehabilitation. She holds a Bachelor with Honors and a postgraduate diploma in Physiotherapy and a Masters in Public Health in Lifestyle-related Disease Prevention from the Fiji National University.
Shofeen has worked across hospital, outpatient, and community settings, providing evidence-based treatment with a strong focus on functional rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise prescription, gait retraining, and injury management. She is passionate about helping clients return to meaningful activity and improving long-term wellbeing. Her research interests include musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular disease risk, and physical activity interventions.
