Catrin is a UK trained Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018. Catrin spent the following four years working in a Major Trauma Hospital, rehabilitating a variety of acute orthopaedic injuries. Catrin now enjoys post operative rehabilitation and works closely with Southern Cross Hospital. Catrin has done additional training in vestibular rehabilitation, including the management of BPPV, concussion, and dry needling. Most recently Catrin has completed her PINC training to provide cancer rehabilitation services to woman in the region. On the weekend Catrin is either running, hiking, or skiing. View details »
Mitch is a physiotherapist who enjoys helping people of all ability levels recover from their injuries. Over the years Mitch has been involved with numerous sports teams including premier rugby teams and Auckland cricket. Mitch has recently been working in Queenstown with clients from a range of different backgrounds including skiing, golf, mountain biking and endurance runners. Bridget graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Otago. She has gained diverse physiotherapy experience, particularly in musculoskeletal injuries and post-operative rehab. Bridget is passionate about helping people to get back to doing the things they enjoy and has a keen interest in dry needling, Pilates and individualised exercise prescription. Outside of work, you’ll probably find Bridget out for a run or hike on the local trails, at Fergburger, or getting in some laps up the mountain during winter. View details »
