Catrin is a UK trained Physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy in 2018. Catrin spent the following four years working in a Major Trauma Hospital, rehabilitating a variety of acute orthopedic injuries. Catrin now enjoys post operative rehabilitation and especially enjoys guiding people to return to running post injury.
