Originally from India, Vaishak earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Kerala University of Health Sciences in 2016. Over the next three years, he gained experience across a variety of clinical settings, including musculoskeletal and post-operative rehabilitation, neuro-paediatrics, and adult neurological rehab. He is deeply committed to tailoring rehabilitation plans to each individual, guided by biomechanical principles and patient-specific goals. Vaishak has a strong interest in managing conditions such as shoulder and knee pain, low back pain, stroke, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. In 2019, he relocated to New Zealand and continued his healthcare journey at Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, working in the Spinal and Orthopaedic departments. During this time, he also completed postgraduate studies in Wellness and Rehabilitation through the Southern Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Vaishak enjoys photography—often found exploring nature trails with his camera in hand—and occasionally stepping in as his wife’s not-so-enthusiastic dance partner. View details »
Miss Orla O'Callaghan

Orla is an Irish physiotherapist who graduated from The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2022 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. Upon graduating Orla worked in a rehabilitation hospital which specialises in orthopaedics and rehabilitation of the older person. Orla gained a further two years of experience as a rotational physiotherapist in Beaumont Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Orla developed her musculoskeletal skills in an outpatient physiotherapy department and is further developing her skills since moving to New Zealand and working with TBI Health. Orla is passionate about providing high-quality evidence-based care for her patients and has a particular interest in sports-related injuries and vestibular rehabilitation. View details »
