Holly graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has since completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Rehabilitation. She has worked predominantly in pain rehabilitation but has also done work in a variety of other areas including amputee rehabilitation, brain injury, post-surgery rehabilitation, and the treatment of dizziness and balance conditions.
Holly has a holistic style of practice. She feels it is important to consider all aspects of a person’s health, and that clear communication with you and other members of your treatment team is essential.
Outside of work Holly enjoys skiing in the winter, and spending as much time as possible at the beach or walking the many trails close to Christchurch in the summer. View details »
Jenny graduated from University of Otago with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2016 and has had five seasons of weekend sports physio with rugby and football. Jenny is interested in using strengthening and stretching to manage injuries and pain for all ages. Her approach is thorough and empathetic. She is particularly interested in lower limb injuries and has done many courses on shoulder management. Jenny enjoys badminton, gardening, cycling and art, to name a few!
