Originally from India, Soniya brings over 14 years of international experience to her practice in New Zealand, with advanced expertise in musculoskeletal, spinal, and sports rehabilitation. She spent much of her career leading clinical teams at one of India’s most specialised spine clinics, where she worked extensively with complex spinal conditions and chronic pain. With a calm and empathetic approach, Soniya is passionate about helping people recover from postural dysfunctions, injuries, and long-term pain. Her treatment style blends evidence-based rehabilitation planning with manual therapy techniques, including McKenzie, Kinetic control, and neurodynamics. Fluent in Hindi and conversational in Punjabi, Soniya values connecting with clients from diverse backgrounds.
