Kirsten graduated from Edinburgh Napier University with a Master's degree in Physiotherapy in 2023 after completing her Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science in 2018. Carly graduated from Otago University in 2013 with her BPhyty and completed her postgraduate Diploma of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2018. She has worked in a number of private practice clinics and been involved with football at both a domestic and international level.
